Sellers admitted 7am–9am. NO VEHICLE MOVEMENTS ALLOWED BETWEEN 9AM AND;PM.

No booking available; just queue by the Lido Gate on Dulwich Road for admission from 7am.

Pitch fees: £10 per car or walk-in; £15 for large van.

Every year FOBP invites the Mayor of Lambeth to join us and the donors of this year’s trees in celebrating the new trees. With ongoing works at Brockwell Hall we are not yet sure on where we will meet. Watch this space! Roy Vickery from the South London Botanical Institute will be seeking out the wild plants in flower in this beautiful city park and recording the results as part of the BSBI (Botanical Society of Britain and Ireland)’s annual New Year Plant Hunt.

Together with Brockwell Park Community Partners (BPCP) and The Conservation Volunteers (TCV), we are laying the boundary hedge around the park to thicken the hedge and provide an improved habitat for biodiversity.

The great hedge that was planted 15 or so years ago has grown and needs cutting down to size: a process called ‘laying’. If you would like to help with this vital task, there are volunteer days between December 2022 and March 2023. 

We volunteer between 10.00 and 16.00, but come when you’re able.

Wear warm, rainproof clothing and good boots/wellingtons, There will be tea and lunch breaks.
